The new building is an adaptation of an existing Wickes store and consists of a two storey showroom and workshop. The 16-car showroom has two handover bays and offices to the ground and first floors. The Workshop has 24 bays and a Class 4 MOT bay.
The site was successfully handed over to our client and awarded a Performance Beyond Compliance certificate by the Considerate Constructors Scheme. Our client commented "The initial impression of the site is excellent. Safety management has been raised to an excellent level"
A 31,700 square foot motor retail dealership, we delivered a full-service unit designed to satisfy customer appeal as well as manage the day-to-day operational needs of the client.
The showroom has space for 15 cars, with offices incorporated into the unit. Two MOT bays allowed the dealership to offer ongoing services for their customers, while the exterior parking and vehicle access makes it easy to attract new customers to visit the dealership.
As part of Audi’s continued commitment to delivering a true brand experience with custom-built units, we built this 33,314 square foot unit for their full-service dealership in Oxford.
The project upheld the luxe brand experience in all areas, including a car showroom, MOT bays, parts storage and technical services workshops, ancillary facilities, and office areas.
This project required the demolition of a pre-existing unit, preparation of the site, and a new custom build motor retail unit.
The 44,132 square foot complex included a car showroom, ancillary facilities, offices, technical service areas, customer parking, and easy vehicular and pedestrian access.
A new development for Ferrari within a 2.95 acre landscaped site. It consists of a two-storey vehicle showroom with attached workshop, a single storey PDI/Prep/Smart Repair building and a 3-bay vehicle wash building. The site incorporates a biodiversity enhancement area, provision for 156 car parking spaces, including disabled parking and electric charging bays.
A custom-built 54,131 square foot motor dealership, this project involved the construction of a full-service dealership in a key location.
The showroom included both internal and external space, allowing a large number of vehicles to be displayed. The dealership also included MOT bays, servicing and technical workshops, customer facilities, wash and valet areas, and offices. Customer parking and easy access also formed part of the project.
We worked closely with the client, and the JLR brand ambassadors, to deliver a high-spec dealership that matched their vision for a luxury customer experience.
The 59,202 square foot motor dealership included an indoor showroom, staff offices, technical and MOT servicing workshops, and valet facilities. It also included ample customer parking and location landscaping, delivering a superior customer experience.
A 16-car showroom in Ipswich, the 32,292 square foot facility included everything required to run an efficient and high-quality customer experience.
The showroom included space for an 18 car workshop for technical servicing, valet and wash areas, and customer parking facilities.
Situated, approximately 4.5 miles east of Aylesbury town centre, within the Aesop Business Park, the site is bounded by the Aston Clinton Bypass (A41) to the south, College Road North to the west and its entrance off Aesop Road to the north.
It comprises a two storey Showroom and Workshop which are connected by a two-lane customer-service drive through. The 18 car Showroom is shared by Jaguar and Land Rover and has offices to the ground and first floors. The Workshop has 31 bays, two of which are allocated to electric vehicles. There are 2 Class 4 MOT bays. The Workshop incorporates 4 Wash Bays and a Dry Valet area. Floor area - 52,740 sq. ft.
Refurbishment of the existing Jaguar retail facilities at Saxon Way plus a new valet building at the adjacent Land Rover site at Livingstone Way. Both sites will remain open to the public for the duration of the works. The site is located on Saxon Way and Livingstone Road, Hull.

A two phase development, 1.5 miles north-east of Sheffield city centre, to totally refurbish the existing Land Rover showroom, modify an existing building for used cars, construct a new dry bay building and update the external works
Located within an existing 10 storey building on the corner of Piccadilly and Clarges Street, the project consists of an 8-car showroom on the ground floor and offices/admin, toilets and cafe bar in the basement.
This 7,250 sq. ft, 14-week contract was completed in September 2020.
Construction of a Preparation Hub which includes valeting, workshop and car storage at Silverstone Circuit, Towcester, with a floor area of 6,135 sq. ft.

Located off Five Oak Green Road, Tonbridge, this existing Porsche Centre has been extensively modified while remaining fully operational.
Now complete, the Porsche Centre is a 15,209 sq. ft, 29 car showroom, with new workshop and parking facilities for staff and visitors.
The new workshop (Phase 1) was completed in January 2019. Phase 2 (showroom extension) was completed at the end of July 2019 and the final phase (refurbishment of the original showroom,) was completed in September 2020.
