Building Contractors, BDB Design Build Limited, formerly Bramall Design Build Limited, was established in 1988. Originally part of Keepmoat Holdings plc in Doncaster, the company was bought out by key personnel in 1994.

It is our policy to respond promptly to enquiries and to follow up in an effective and efficient manner. We work on either a design and build basis or to a clients design specification.

By utilising our management expertise and trade skills we have produced a wide range of high quality buildings, on time and in a non-confrontational way through safe and environmentally friendly construction methods.

As a consequence we are able to offer a high quality main contractor service. Teamwork, planning, communication and commitment has given BDB a reputation for reliability, quality and safe working practices and has established a solid expertise in key sectors of the building market including office construction, car dealership construction, sports and leisure projects, industrial buildings and retail developments.

Our major selling point is the ability to offer single source responsibility via a full turnkey design and build package producing a fixed cost. This cost certainty coupled with our non- confrontational, no claims policy and excellent testimonials from delighted clients has been responsible for a significant proportion of repeat business. More than half of the company's turnover is procured through partnering arrangements and negotiated prices.
